What is Homesmiths?

A store experience that celebrates the beauty of hardware and what it enables people to do for themselves in the places they care about. We cover the basics but we also understand that people want to do more for themselves; their friends, colleagues and families. To this end we’re always exploring the latest thinking in hardware technologies and demonstrating them wherever possible so that customers can imagine a world beyond the everyday. Whether customers are on the move, at work or home we have the tools and wares to suit every DIY task.
Objective
To cater to the growing need for a DIY/Hardware store conveniently located within residential communities in Dubai that provides great products with a superior customer experience assisted by a team who love their job.
Vision
DIY & Beyond. A retail experience that surprises and delights customers by anticipating their DIY need clusters; always delivering more than what they came in for.
Mission
To create a network of DIY/Hardware stores initially in Dubai that are strategically located around our target market which is a) medium to high income earners residing in b) developed communities across Dubai and c) are accustomed to ‘doing it yourself’.
Who is behind Homesmiths?
A family story
Behind this project is a 40 year young family business operating primarily in the Hardware and Tools segment based in Dubai, UAE. Currently, our product offering comprises of hand and power tools and hardware/building material products which we primarily export to Gulf and African countries from our distribution center in Dubai and also cater to our bulk customer from our distribution hub in China. Core to our business is the promotion of our own brand of hand/power tools WULF: www.wulftools.com
